Up to now, our investors have profited within the framework of their family office and have taken their profits from the smaller spheres in which they were active. In the future, we want to take our capital (i.e. our ability to develop, plan and build projects before finally selling them at a very profitable price) and combine it with yours. Such a partnership provides private investors with higher profit yields and a minimum of risk.
To this end, we are in constant negotiation with international investment banks and issuing houses and are able to create joint participation models to benefit any private or commercial investor worldwide with immediate effect. We are particularly proud of this as it provides evidence of the extensive confidence in the profitability of our projects and allows us to react even more swiftly and positively to the changes on the real estate and construction markets.
